Previously, GGS used a job portal to store candidate information but there was no talent intelligence to rank and filter candidates. HR team also needed to manually arrange interview time and psychological test for each candidate. The process was time consuming and made it difficult to identify the right talent. With support from Oracle and Optima Data Internasional, GGS configured Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service and Oracle Onboarding Cloud Service, based on its business requirements. It successfully went live with the new platform in just two months.
